We endeavor to process all orders the day they are received.

Security

Our web site is secured with SSL encryption and authenticity. This means we encrypted your details from our site to your computer so that sensitive data such as your credit card number is scrambled for transmission NOT sent in clear text. We do NOT keep your credit card details they are deleted from our system after your order payment is accepted. This means you will have to enter them for each order you place.

Shipping

We ship all credit card orders only using delivery courier services. We DO ship to PO Box, Private Bags, WE DO NOT ship to Motel/Hotels or address where you can not sign for delivery. We ship products worldwide, please be certain that the products are legal in the country or region you are receiving the products, we cannot be held responsible for items held by customs. Please be aware that the courier company may have to call you regarding the delivery of your order, rest assured we do not divulge any information about the contents of your order.

Shipping Discretion

Orders are shipped in standard courier packaging or plain wrapping. We aim to be as discrete as possible.

Returns

PLEASE MAKE CERTAIN that the products you purchase are to your liking, Due to the nature of the products sold on this webpage (and to comply with health and safety requirements), we cannot accept the return of products due to a change of mind. If you are uncertain, please email us via the contact us page and we will be happy to assist you with your decision. If products need to be returned due to damage on arrival, they must be unused and returned (at the customers expense) with their original packaging. We cannot accept product returns without the undamaged original packaging. Test will be carried out to determine if the product has been used, the customer is required to bear the cost of this service.

Billing

All orders are processed in the New Zealand Dollars.

Billing Discretion

Your card will be billed from Linru NZ Companies and no reference to adult material will appear on your statement.
