G Spot

Ahhh the mysterious:

G-spot

We have all heard of the G-spot a mysterious zone in female body called the G spot which if stimulated properly provides a very intensive orgasm. Now with today's more open minded discussions you would think this mysterious G spot would need no further discussion; however I find many of my friends still know little about this wonderful pleasure spot and how it should be stimulated. So here I will cover the basics to get you started...

What is the G-spot?

The G-spot was discovered sometime in the nineteen forties by German gynaecologist Ernst Grafenberg hence the name we use today the "G" spot. It took quite a long time for people to acknowledge Ernst Grafenbergs discovery and in fact the existence of the G spot was heavily debated until American sexologists repeatedly found this female erogenous zone and acknowledged its existence sometime in the nineteen eighties. Many doctors still deny the G spot's existence whereas others will give an extremely detailed description and information on the G-spot.

According to today's widely accepted data the G-spot lies behind the front wall of the vagina. Now allowing for a little individuality in every woman's body it can be found within about 3 to 5 centimetres inside the vagina sometimes deeper. It is a small bean-shaped area. When stimulated the G spot swells and can become quite large. The actually size the G-spot becomes when aroused varies considerably from woman to woman.

Research has shown that the vaginal area around the G spot is not that sensitive; therefore you may need to use intensive stimulation when searching for the G spot. Unless you are a very lucky lady such stimulation is nearly impossible with usual intercourse. This is more than likely why a lot of women do not think they have a G-spot. So if you put a little effort in and find the G spot you will be rewarded with sexual pleasure like never before.

How can you find the G-spot?

It can be a bit of a task and trying to find it while not aroused can make this task even harder for the beginner. I recommend you start your search during foreplay or even better once about to cum or if you or your partner can handle it just after orgasm as this will be when the G spot is swollen the most. While lying with legs apart insert two fingers into the vagina and examine the area lying behind the pubic zone. Ask your partner to guide where and how you should move your fingers. You are looking for a little solid nubbin approximately the size of a pea which when first pressed may cause a little discomfort. This sensation should very quickly turn into increasing arousal followed by a very intensive orgasm.

How should you stimulate the G-spot?

As I said earlier unfortunately for most women it is difficult to get the G spot stimulated during usual intercourse. One of the best ways usually is the woman on top riding you as if she was in a saddle position; this allows her a lot of control over her partner's movements.

The best way however is with a sex toy designed for the job and thankfully there are plenty to choose from. A sex toy designed for the G spot will feature a crooked shaft. There are plenty to choose from some are fairly thin like a straw while others fairly thick. They also come in long and short versions.

To choose the right G spot toy it is best to find the spot first and discover the type of stimulation that works best. This will help you decide on the length and size best suit to your G-spot. Keep in mind what type of stimulation you like as the type of material the sex toy is made of will affect the type of stimulation you get. Hard plastic sex toys are great if you like firm intensive stimulation or soft silicone sex toys if you prefer more subtle stimulation. I recommend a multi-speed sex toy however if you are on a budget or want to see if a sex toy is right for you the basic single or dual speed G spot sex toy can be good place to start.
